Do you offer POS devices?
Yes, through approved local companies at very low prices; But the supply is made according to what is available in stock and according to the type of device required by the customer. Prices start from 1799 riyals for a point-of-sale device with a touch screen and also include the addition of accessories (cash drawer, bill printer, barcode reader, barcode printer) and all prices are inclusive of tax and a warranty of up to three years.
What is the cost of renewing the subscription?
The same value as the first paid subscription, and a discount can be obtained or the renewal is free through incentive offers.

Are there any other fees to be paid later?
There are no fees to be paid later. The subscription value includes training, technical support, periodic updates, hosting, backup and security certificates, in addition to the E-invoicing updates for the second phase or any new laws or regulations from the Customs of General Authority of Zakat and Tax.
Can the subscription fees be refunded?
You can refund the full subscription fees at any time within 10 days of starting your subscription..

Can I work without using an internet connection?
Yes, you can work online and offline at any time, and if the internet connection is restored, the data will be transformed automatically without any intervention from you, ensuring that no information will get lost no matter how long the Internet is interrupted.
Do you transfer data from old systems?
Yes, we transfer data and information from old systems after exporting it.
Can I upgrade the package or add other services?

Do I need to add the products again or any integration with other systems if I subscriced with the online store or applications to my package at any time?
